I went in for a cleaning today. As usual, the hygienist was excellent. She performed a thorough review and cleaning. She also gave me excellent advice on how to improve my personal dental care.

Great staff and I couldn't have found better office to have the work done. Dr. Stieger always shows compassion and truly understands what the patient is experiencing along with thoroughly explaining the procedure. I have recommended several friends and family to him.

Today, 6/18/26, was my first visit to Periodontic & Implantology Associates and I was so impressed. All of the staff working there were so welcoming, friendly and so knowledgeable. They cared about me as a patient. Then I met Dr. Naguib. Oh my gosh the absolute best. He took his time with me explaining what my plan of care would be. Answered all my questions and did not once make me feel like I was taking up his time. If you ever need periodontic or implant services for sure head to Periodontic & Implant Associates in Farmington Hills.

Dr. Steiger and his staff are a pleasure to work with. They communicated well with me in preparation for my procedure and what to expect. Dr. Steiger called me personally to insure I would understand the plans for solution of my dental issues. I trust his knowledge and skillset completely. Plus, He has great bedside manner for a white-knuckled patient like me. My procedure went well and Dr. Steiger has a patient for life in me! Thank you!

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Steiger who was absolutely amazing! It was completely obvious this isn’t just a career for him, he takes pride in what he does and really cares about the health of his patients. This was obvious on my first visit with just an exam! He was polite, warm and had a sense of humor! Some ppl are in it for business, which I mean sure it’s their means of living, but it’s refreshing when those caring for you in whatever capacity genuinely care about your treatments. I feel at ease and optimistic about his treatment plan for me which is huge…bc if we’re honest, absolutely no one enjoys any dental office! 5 stars!

I was treated by Dr. Steiger for a broken pre moler that split vertically into the root. His patient treatment was flawless throughout the whole process, resulting in a plant that feels totally natural. His attention to details and high skilled execution are a marvel. A great experience.

This practice is professional clean kind and knowledgeable. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and are all together so thoughtful. Thank you! I hope I never come back but if I have to- it will be to you guys ;)

This was my first visit to Periodontic and Implantology Specialists. My dentist referred me to Dr El-Banhawy. After calling and making my appointment I received via email all the paperwork required and I was able to submit it back to them before my scheduled appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff and I only had to supply minimal info. I was pleasantly greeted by Tessa who took the necessary scans. I found her be approachable, knowledgeable and efficient. After prepping me, I only waited about 3-5 minutes before Dr El-Banhawy walked in. I felt comfortable and at ease speaking with him. I felt heard and seen. He lead me through the plan he had in order to prepare me for my future implant. I feel relaxed and know I’m in good hands.
